The hugely successful Fife Whisky Festival Opening Dinner, taking place at the fantastic Lindores Abbey Distillery, has welcomed several esteemed Guests of Honour including: two of Scotland's best loved authors, Val McDermid and Ian Rankin; broadcaster, journalist and author Vic Galloway; Scotch whisky historian and writer Dr Nicholas Morgan; tv presenter and designer, Anna Campbell-Jones; Master Blender Dr Emma Walker.

Guests have enjoyed a delicious Aqua Vitae cocktail on arrival and mingled with the other guests in the stillhouse before taking their seats for the banquet style dinner in The Cloister.

Each of the delicious three courses has been paired with some very special drams with Brand Ambassadors and Distillers joining us to introduce their wonderful whisky!
